The location is 5 minutes to the sea, many shops nearby, you can drop off laundry for 30 000 per kilogram, same price as the nearest laundries. The floor has 5 rooms, not noisy, two elevators, good water pressure. Rooms 501, 601, 701 and above have sea views. Clean the AC filters yourself; it takes 3 minutes and then the conditioner blows better. You can bring a dog for an extra fee. Two bottles of water are provided daily to each room. In the bathroom there are black stains and the sink is clogged, water drains poorly.

The place is great, right on the first shoreline with the beach just across the road. The staff were very welcoming and helped us pick a room with a nice view. Cleaning came daily, with fresh sheets, towels, and water bottles. For the price it’s top tier, unless you’re very particular about cleanliness and just toss your stuff on the beach. The photos on the site are a bit old—about 5‑7 years—so the actual condition is a bit worn, and the shower has mold on the glass and black spots on the ceiling.
