The room was impeccably clean, the breakfast was very good, the reception staff were friendly, and the location was central near the airport – everything was fine.

The place was clean, the shower was good, guests were greeted warmly and checked in quickly, so you can stay, eat breakfast, and head out. The breakfast was traditional Turkish. The windows faced the highway, which is noisy, but earplugs solved the issue entirely (with road hotels it’s always either stay far from the city or sleep next to the road). Everything was normal, the price matched the overall quality, no complaints except the room felt stuffy, and we only discovered the ventilation control in the morning when we saw the panel by the entrance.

The room was spotless, the staff were very kind and friendly. The morning noise from the alleys woke me up even though I was on the 4th floor, so light sleepers might have trouble.

“Sigara kokusu🤮🤮🤮🤮”

The smoke smell was terrible; even in the smoking lounge it was overwhelming. We told the staff to stop smoking on our floor, but the next day we heard other guests complaining about smoke at breakfast. When checking out they asked if we used the minibar, yet there was no water in the cabinet, so we had to bring our own from the car. The staff seemed eager to help but were ineffective, and the front desk clerk was very rude during checkout.
