From the entrance to the reception, everything looked messy and the staff seemed completely drunk and clueless about customer service.

My stay at this hotel was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, who seemed to be doing their job out of obligation rather than a genuine desire to serve guests. I was charged for an entire night without being asked to check out, which left me scrambling to resolve the issue with the customer service team in the middle of the night. The staff's lack of accountability and tendency to make assumptions about guests' intentions made for a frustrating experience.
