The value for money is excellent. The room is spacious with a balcony. It’s a short walk from the river and the old town. The neighborhood around the hotel looks a bit run‑down during the rainy season.

After finding bed bugs in our room, the staff let us inspect a second one, which also had bugs, so we decided to leave. The staff understood and refunded us. The presence of bed bugs in both rooms was unacceptable, and the front‑desk staff seemed surprised but unresponsive.

The room was roomy and clean, the bed comfy and the fan handy, and free water was a plus. The sink leaked and there was no net on the window, so mosquitoes could get in.
