The staff were courteous and they cleaned the room every day. The room on the 9th floor at the back was not comfortable, the terrace was terrible, the bathroom was tiny with no space even for a toothbrush, nothing matched the photos, it was very noisy with cars, people, parties and even mosque prayers audible, one night a rooftop party above us made the noise unbearable, we went two days without hot water, breakfast was exactly the same every day, and the door‑opening card failed twice.
The place was very clean and beautiful, close to Jewel Mall and Shishli Market.
There is no toilet paper.

The location was perfect, on a quiet street with everything nearby. Hygiene was good and the room was spacious with a nice view.

The staff were very refined, kind, and had high morals—Moustafa, Abdulqader, Dawood, Narjis, and Qolia. I stayed there for 12 days and saw only kindness, respect, and appreciation. The hotel is clean, safe, and one of the best in Istanbul. Everything was wonderful.
