The staff were very friendly, the hotel is well‑located, and it feels very family‑friendly. The toilet had a bad lid, and if a guest doesn’t ask about nearby facilities like restaurants or supermarkets, they aren’t provided with that information.

The spot was good and the staff were friendly, but the rooms had a strong damp smell.

Everything was clean, the rooms were spotless, the service was great, the place is simple yet very good, and it’s close to the Basilica of the Señor de los Milagros; the staff were very kind, breakfast was also good, and I would stay there again.

Nothing good; everything was dirty—flies, wings, and insects in the beds and surroundings, the bedding was filthy and when we asked the staff to change it, they brought “new” bedding that was the same dirty, un‑ironed sheet, claiming it was new but it was obviously the same; there was no parking (it was supposed to be included), no breakfast (it was included, and after a 40‑minute wait the hotel didn’t give it), no one offered a solution, and all the staff were rude and useless.
