The hotel is close to the bus stand, clean, and conveniently located.

The staff were quick to answer any questions, but the room was far from spotless—dirt and hair from previous guests were found under the bed, in the closet, on the chair and table, showing a lack of proper cleaning. The hot water never came on, even after waiting, because it was solar‑powered.

The location was convenient, but the bathroom was dirty and the quilt and pillow were unclean, with holes in the quilt. The TV remote didn’t work properly and the TV had no YouTube.

The hotel’s proximity to the hospital, shops, restaurants, and bus depot was great, and the staff were helpful and the check‑in/check‑out process was smooth. They even offered early check‑in for a small fee, and the premises felt safe for a solo female traveler.
