The host was responsive and helpful, and the accommodation was ideally located in the historic center, but the noise from the pub across the street and the rain on the metal roof made sleeping very difficult.

Super central with excellent location; Ana, the administrator, was very friendly and attentive, though there was nighttime bar noise.

We absolutely loved our stay here in the best location in Dubrovnik. Ana our host was incredible and so personable. Highly recommend!

The location and the historic vibe were amazing, but the room felt like a hostel: the floor and first‑floor entrance were beautiful and historic, yet the room itself had tired furniture, a washing machine with shoes in, and a generally worn feel.
