The location fit my weekend plans perfectly, and the staff were incredible—they stepped in to help me with an unrelated issue and found a solution, which I really appreciated; I just wish I knew their names so I could thank them personally. The carpet felt dirty and there weren’t enough pillows, but I love pillows, so that’s my issue, not the hotel.

Nothing positive; the cleanliness was questionable and breakfast was almost nonexistent.

The room was good, but the bar and front desk were not very attentive and I was double‑charged for a room I had booked, although they fixed it promptly.
