The rooms were old and rundown, with a musty smell and dampness. The door frames and furniture were torn, the wallpaper looked like it was from the 60s, and there was mold in the bathroom. Water dripped from the ceiling in the bath. When we arrived around 19 o’clock, we had to wait about 15 minutes for check‑in because the receptionist was “having dinner”.

The views and facilities outside the rooms were nice, but the endless hallway never led to the correct room; I ended up in three different ones. The price felt high for how old the rooms were. The location is good, but walking up to the hotel is a challenge if you’re not in good shape.

It didn’t live up to a 3‑star hotel; I’ve stayed in better hostels. The room was very, very old, with broken and excessively worn items. That day several weddings were taking place, so the celebration noise was audible.
