“Not satisfied”
The staff were extremely nice. The location was close to the airport. The nice staff do not make up for the hotel’s shortcomings: a bad smell in the bedroom, old equipment, and a high price for such a room during peak season.

Nähe zum Flughafen Palma. Gute.Anbindung an Nahverkehr. Viele Ausstattungen ( Toiletten, Fenster.Möbel ) waren kaputt, defekt oder im schlechten Zustand. Frühstück extra zu bezahlen, 1 Tasse Kaffe. Ein kleines Gebäck
“Disappointing”
We got there at 9.30pm and the receptionist was friendly, but she left right after we checked in. The room felt cramped and very basic, with silver fish in the tiny bathroom. It was hot and the air conditioning was hard to use. Noise and activity kept going all night, and since we were only staying one night to be close to the airport, it didn’t feel worth the money.
