The staff are nice, but the breakfast was terrible, especially the boiled eggs. The room was dirty. The balcony has bathroom doors and you can hear all the outside noise. The pool is very small. The property feels like three hotels in one with apartments.

The view is good, but the property and surrounding streets felt unsafe, covered in rubbish, with stray dogs and people trying to sell or beg for money. The hotel even had a gun in reception as if they expected trouble, and they asked us where we were going every time we left. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were like outdoor seating pillows. I wouldn’t recommend it; despite the view, it’s stressful to stay on the edge all the time, so we left after two nights.

From the moment I arrived at Pyramids Charm Hotel, everything felt exceptional—atmosphere, detail, comfort, and especially the hospitality. Every staff member was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, and their warmth made the whole stay feel special. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.
