“Good location to be in Aventura”
The location and room size were good. The staff didn't pay enough attention to guests. The facilities need upkeep, and some other parts should be renewed or remodeled.

Breakfast is limited—you can pick from the menu, but it’s enough and tasty.

The location was fine. The parking was not.

The front‑desk lady was very polite and sweet, but the carpets were dirty, dust and items from previous guests still littered the floor, and there was no microwave.

The amenities and location were nice, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs within 5 minutes. The layout was unique.
