I spent two nights at the hostel and felt right at home; the place is very pretty, you can't hear anything from outside the Candelaria, it's safe, and the staff are genuinely kind. I would definitely come back. Nothing negative; everything is superb.

“Não voltaria”

The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, the Cerro Monsserar is practically next door, and the city center is just a few meters away. The room I stayed in was on the upper floor with the bathroom below, so every time I needed the bathroom I had to go down; the room had no trash bin, so I always had to go down to throw away trash in the bathroom bin. The kitchen barely had a pan, which made cooking impossible; I could only boil instant noodles and hardly found a utensil or container to put anything else. There are two hostels on opposite sides of the street, and the staff are only on one side, so you can't get any information from them; they only give you the room key. The street has no doorbell, so you must ring the bell and wait for them to open the door.

The front‑desk staff were friendly and the hotel sits in a prime spot in Candelaria, Bogotá, close to shops and restaurants. However, the place feels unwelcoming; the shared bathroom is poorly kept, and the sheets and towels provided are worn, uncomfortable, hard, and even look dirty.
