The location was convenient, the sports center and swimming pool were good, and the massages and breakfast were nice. However, there was no hot water during the day, the bathroom shower was broken and needed fixing, and the apartments could use a refresh.

The facilities were amazing for sports and fitness lovers – several pools, gyms, tennis courts, and so on. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was a bit far from other places, so you need a car or bike to go outside the area, but that isn’t a big problem.

I was pleased to find complimentary classes and pro‑grade facilities, but the location is far from the city center and other tourist spots, so it feels more like a sports and wellness retreat than a city hotel, which is a deliberate compromise.

The sports facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed swimming, tennis, and fitness in the Garden Wing connecting rooms that were spacious, spotless, and well‑furnished; the staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly, and parking was available. The only downside was the booking system for classes and coaches, which requires signing up well before arrival; it would be much easier if this could be done online or via an app.

I wanted to focus on swim training and some solo relaxation, and this place was perfect for that.
