Nada. La foto de la habitación no es nada parecido a lo que ofrecen, reservamos una cama extra grande y nos dieron una de 2 plazas, en una habitación super pequeña, sin papel higiénico, sin control para el televisor, nos atendieron de pésima manera

If you want something quick, the hotel is fine, the rooms are pretty and breakfast is tasty; we were charged an extra fee for paying by card, the young man who greeted us at night was terrible, gave no directions, even hid, and was unhelpful, but the gentleman the next morning was excellent; the phone to call reception was broken and the TV didn't work properly.

They charge whatever they want, don't honor the conditions listed on the site, bill parking separately for day and night, the facilities are cold with no heating or cleaning supplies, the staff are uninformed about the services offered, they communicate through a third party by phone, and give vague, incorrect information.
