“poorly managed place…”
It was a disappointing stay. It took more than an hour to locate the property because there was no sign, no reception desk, and nothing indicating it was the correct location. After finally contacting someone through the booking chat, the staff member was asleep and unaware that I was arriving since the booking hadn’t been communicated. I had to wait while the room was prepared. The room itself was not clean—the bathroom toilet had dark brown stains, the tap water was sometimes brown, and there were ants everywhere, even on the bed. Overall, the property was poorly managed and failed to meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards.
