She was so kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home.
The terrazza plenilunio being one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in.
The breakfast was super delicious with plenty of options.

The hotel sits next to Plenilunio, where we attended a wedding, but finding staff was hard when we needed them, and we couldn’t say goodbye because no one was around when we left.
“Overall, a great experience because the staff are entirely obliging and very gracious. Great pool.”
Breakfast was standard—bacon and eggs or an Asian noodle dish, jam, butter, and yoghurt—no buffet; staff were very obliging, but the food came from Villa Plenilunio and was cold. There was no continuous hot water for showers, possibly only in Room 5. The coffee machine had no pods; each room should have its own pods, a kettle, and a small coffee machine. We stayed 5 days, and most guests stay shorter, so cold or warm breakfast isn’t a huge issue, but it could be improved.
“Would only stay here for a wedding next door.”
The room was clean and tidy, and the pool area is nice, but it’s nowhere near anything, the bed was very hard, and you have to bring everything yourself because they don’t sell food or drinks.
The room, bathroom, and surroundings were lovely, though the food was nice but a little inconsistent.
The hotel is close to the wedding banquet I’m attending, but I think it’s a bit overpriced given the facilities and service offered.
