The property has the convention centre, so that’s convenient, but beyond that the Brilliant is by far one of the worst places you can book. Don’t expect polite treatment. They used the excuse of wedding season to justify poor service for guests and especially conference attendees. The power kept going out, the noise was unbearable, and the hygiene was shocking—especially outside the conference venue. Sunita, the conference co‑ordinator, didn’t even bother to change table cloths, and the venue itself wasn’t cleaned.
