The room was very good quality for the price. We experienced a power outage that was unrelated to the hotel, so we had no water or electricity for two days.

The location was great, close to the Santa Fe area, and the hot water worked well; the room was generally clean. Cleanliness could have been slightly better, the electronics in the room could have been handled a bit better, the furniture was a bit shabby but not worn out, and the photos look better than the place in person.

It’s a nice place, far enough from the mess of General Luna but close enough if you need to go there. Beaches are nearby and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It sits right on a busy road, so there is constant sound from cars and motorcycles all day and night; we had to sleep with earplugs. Still, it’s better than staying in General Luna.

The tranquility and the availability of the person in charge of the accommodation were great, and it’s also close to Ocean9 beach.
