The stay at Fabulaus Farm was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, cozy, and spotless. I loved the décor, the eclectic authentic items, and the extra effort put into decorating. The linen bedspreads and lace curtains were beautiful. The table settings were lovely and the breakfast was freshly cooked. The host was wonderful and the place is family‑run, offering great value.

The hosts were very kind, the breakfast fantastic, and the environment lovely. The bed squeaked, and the walls were thin, so everything could be heard from the next room.

The setting is fantastic, cozy, and idyllic. The hospitality is excellent; the family is helpful and very friendly, open to guests and giving great recommendations about local sights and places. The family‑friendly atmosphere truly feels like home. Because of the location’s characteristics, it’s wise to prepare for mosquitoes with a repellent. Although the hosts usually use insect spray and provide several devices for the rooms, it’s advisable to bring aerosol for outdoor time.

We had a very pleasant stay. We booked the Suite Venezia with two separate sleeping areas. A large living room and a well‑equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable. Old furniture, restored, gives the décor its character. Cracked floorboards complete the picture. The air conditioning in every room was truly worth it for our travel time. Everything is very clean. The towels and bed linens smelled wonderful. There’s a dedicated parking space for the car. We can recommend adding breakfast, which we strongly recommend. The location of the accommodation was great. By car, you can reach Portogruaro, Bibione, and Caorle in a short time. The beautiful nature beach of Brussa is reachable in 20 minutes. A supermarket and a great pizzeria are just around the corner. The host family is very friendly and welcoming to guests. We send many greetings and say thank you! We would have liked to spend evenings on the lovely terrace, but the mosquitoes were relentless.

“Home away from home.” After a stylish, high‑quality refurbishment, this place is very lovely and peaceful. The beautiful shaded garden has lovely furniture. The owners are very friendly and pay great attention to detail, as well as to the service they provide. Breakfast was varied, and we were able to sample a wide range of delicious homemade dishes. Our favourite was the cheese omelette. The hosts speak English very well, know the local area inside out, and are happy to tell you all about it. There’s a wonderful beach about 20 minutes away and the lovely little town of Portogruaro is also very close by. We had a wonderful time and are grateful for everything. You really can feel at home here! Everything was brilliant.
