The restaurant was good and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was no internet, the bathroom was very small and cramped, and the heating system was hidden inside the wall; I had to ask a staff member to explain how to turn on the heat in our room, which was very cold when we arrived.

The staff were very friendly, the food at the restaurant was great, and breakfast had everything you need. I found nothing that I didn’t like, and the price‑performance ratio is right; if you want more, you have to go elsewhere and pay more.

The location near Wartburg and Drachenschlucht is lovely, the restaurant at the hotel is very nice, and the price‑performance ratio is fair; you get breakfast for a small extra fee.

It wasn’t a bad single night, you could get some sleep even though the bed was far from comfy, but the place clearly needs a makeover and the TV only offered one channel while the internet was unreachable.

Not much to say positively. The staff came off as blunt and unhelpful, and we were told the room had a garden view, yet it was actually on the roof’s edge and we could only see treetops across the street.
