Every staff member was amazing, welcoming, and always smiling, though the bars across the street can get a bit loud at night, but it’s not too bad.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, excellent A/C, good location close to the town, all staff and cleaners very helpful, laundry service across the road does an excellent job, has an elevator. A small microwave would be a nice touch.

Suzy was amazing! I will be staying there anytime I visit Pattaya. Beds are extremely comfortable, A/C amazing and the room stays cool after you take your card out. Bathrooms modern and clean. Excellent location. Close restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The staff were friendly, the location and cleanliness were very good. It was very noisy on a couple of nights from the bars having parties on the same soi. I love the hotel so it wouldn't put me off but it was an issue on a couple of nights.
