The price‑performance was top. The windows were not sealed.

The price was fine, but the hotel was poorly maintained, there was no hot water, and the toilet was clogged. A passing hotel.

Everything was great. The team was helpful, smiling and kind. The rooms and all areas were clean. No particular nuisances. Good breakfast… I recommend it. The industrial zone :-) but that’s often how it is …

“Hotel as expected, except self check in”

Good parking for motorbikes and other hotels/restaurants nearby; this premiere class was as expected and cleaner than the last one we stayed at in Charleville. The breakfast was poor. They sent self‑check‑in details by email – all good if you can get your emails! We had four rooms but the system only let me check in one room because I didn’t have the codes from the emails…very frustrating. Eventually a staff member appeared and checked the rest in. Please remember that not everyone has or likes technology.

“Dårligt spild af penge. Bruge et lidt dyreophold”

The coffee was fine, but there was no mattress under one of the carpets we were supposed to sleep on in the triple room, a towel had been used and had fingerprints, and a bath towel was missing from the triple room; breakfast was very sparse, almost no variety, so this is the last time we will stay here. On Friday 16.10.2026 we stayed at a Holiday Inn in Wuppertal, there were no problems and the breakfast was very good.
