Breakfast was good, though we had to add more because it was continental. The person who received us changed our rooms, even though we didn’t know which rooms were assigned; the tone sounded dismissive because we had a pet, but when I made the request I told them I had a pet, yet they said they hadn’t seen my request and that’s why they didn’t mention it. They told us they would move us to another place. If they hadn’t said it, we wouldn’t have known, and it seemed lacking in tact—enough to not return. The customer should be treated well, and that didn’t happen. I didn’t say it at the moment because I knew they would ask me about it at some point in their evaluation.

The place was beautiful and the service 100%, the food was delicious, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like; I’d definitely recommend it.
