The location was great and easy to get around from, but the traffic noise was loud because it’s next to a major road.

The accommodation was very convenient, close to a convenience store, the breakfast was decent, and the coffee was tasty.

The location was fine, parking was available, and most parks and attractions were reachable by car; a 7/11 and a few small restaurants and shops were within walking distance, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast disappointed me: a plate was brought to my terrace covered with foil, with a single slice of soft toast, a small fried egg, two sausages, two chicken nuggets, a plastic container of mayo, and a kind of salad. I had to ask the staff for salt and pepper, and they weren’t very amused to bring them. Coffee was only available later with a receipt. It was a cold, unenthusiastic breakfast, not what we had imagined. We were expecting a fresh egg and better quality. Especially considering I paid an extra 400 baht for it. I could have had a better breakfast at 7/11.
