The architecture and vibe were lovely, the staff were welcoming, the room was clean and had a great view, but I wish there were more amenities in the room; having just one soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner was a shame.

The location was super central with quiet rooms, the staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the architecture was impressive; although some say the rooms are small, I disagree—being in Hanoi’s center, each square meter is excellently used and feels spacious, and the design work is great.

The hotel was modern, pleasant, and well-designed; the room was very comfortable and the bed especially cozy, making it ideal after a long flight on our first night in Vietnam, and the staff’s attentiveness was notable—they let us leave our luggage at arrival and departure, which worked well. I lost my watch and didn’t know if I left it at the bus office or the hotel; I asked them, and although they hadn’t seen it, they took the time to review security footage to see if I’d left it there, a gesture I value highly. Overall, the stay was very pleasant in a modern, well-kept hotel with attentive staff who were willing to help, making it highly recommendable. On arrival, we were told the air conditioning in our room had broken; we understood it was an unforeseen issue and difficult to resolve, especially with all rooms booked. They offered to keep the same room with a price reduction or cancel the reservation. We hesitated and asked if we could check in earlier, but ultimately decided to keep the reservation and check in at 15 h, the usual time. When we chose to keep it, they again suggested canceling, which seemed odd, but we trusted that a hotel like this would act honestly, and they did. Besides the discount, they allowed us to check out later as compensation, which worked well. Fortunately, it was quite cool in Hanoi that day, so the lack of A/C wasn’t a big issue.
