First, there was no hot water for the shower. From 20h, the time we arrived, until 7h15, the time we left, the water was cold. We paid for a place to shower and sleep, yet we didn't get a proper shower or a good night's sleep! If you're planning to stay overnight and need to be at the airport early in the morning, forget this spot. Some hostels in Bergamo at the same price are much better. I had originally chosen this place because I thought the parking would be convenient, but I was terribly disappointed! Why? Let me explain: first, it's not a typical hostel; it's a mix of restaurant, convenience store, bar, and gas station, so there's noise almost 24/7. There's bar noise at night, the constant clatter of trucks, vans, and cars early in the morning, and restaurant chatter downstairs during breakfast. We left at 7 am, and the trip to the airport, which should have taken 23 minutes, lasted 90 minutes. The drive to Lidl took only 13 minutes, and we didn't reach the airport until an hour and a half later – a real disaster! The staff who welcomed us were also rather unpleasant.
