Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues with the room. The dust was a major problem, and the wash basin mirror was distorted. To make matters worse, the hot water wasn't available 24/7, which was a major inconvenience. These are basic improvements that need to be made to make the stay more comfortable.

The only good thing about this place is that they had a working lift. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms were a far cry from what I expected, with bad smells and dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. I booked what they called a "suite," but it was basically a shoddy room with broken windows and curtains. To top it off, they provided a water bottle with a broken seal, which I'm pretty sure they refilled from an unknown source.

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the noise from the street outside was a real issue. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was a bit of a letdown. Despite that, the hotel's cleanliness and comfort made up for it.

The hotel's location was ideal, but the noise from the street outside was a major problem. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, but the room was a bit of a disappointment. On the plus side, the hotel's cleanliness and comfort were top-notch.
