The location is central, but the place needs upgrades. The TV and internet were out of service for our entire stay because of a typhoon. There was no elevator, making it hard for some people to reach the second floor with luggage. The hot shower was hit or miss. The breakfast room was very small and claustrophobia‑inducing, especially when full of large groups and many small children.
