Nothing positive to mention; the facility is unsuitable and free of customers, and the room is unkempt with drywall buildup.

The bedrooms were good, but there is only one shower for four people.

The outdoor area had holes and my child fell, hurting her knee; no one helped and she still can’t walk properly, ruining our holiday. There was no security at the gate, so many strange people were around, and I didn’t understand what was happening. Sometimes the shower water was cold, and no one assisted us. There was no ironing board, so I couldn’t iron properly. Please have someone check on guests regularly.

No positives; the facilities do not meet standards.

While bathing, the water turned off and only cold water remained, which needs fixing.
