The room was clean and comfortable, with a Sky TV, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with various cakes, croissants, and especially a real cappuccino and coffee, not the machine‑filtered kind. The view was stunning, and the restaurant was excellent at a fair price.

This family‑run historic hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Umbrian hills. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and spotless, the restaurant is very busy and offers a fish menu, pizza, etc., with genuine, fresh, and plentiful food. Breakfast features artisanal cakes. The pool among the olive trees provides a superb view of the hills. Everything is very well cared for. The staff are kind and helpful. The location makes it easy to reach the main sights. Highly recommended!

I recommend this place for its great location with a spectacular view, the friendliness and availability of the staff, and the abundant breakfast. On our next motorcycle trip in the area, we’ll gladly stop here again.

The staff welcomed us warmly. The pool offers a magnificent view of the Umbrian hills and has an attached bar. Breakfast was good with excellent cakes. It was very convenient to have the restaurant on site, offering a choice of 3–4 first courses and second courses or à la carte fish specialties; overall we ate very well. Regarding the room, the triple was not particularly large but still had a fridge with bottled water and good cleanliness; the bathroom with a spacious shower was very nice. The location is optimal for visiting Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, and Perugia. Unfortunately, I did not like the room’s view: the window faced the dark rear side, with people passing by toward the pool. Also, note that there is no elevator.
