The parking lot was too small.
The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, the breakfast decent, and the location excellent, so I can’t complain about the price I paid.
All the amenities and breakfast were great, and I was very satisfied as always, but I disliked the language barrier with the Ukrainian staff; some could communicate, others didn’t fully understand what we wanted, and there was a problem with payment where the system recorded a different amount than what I was supposed to pay according to the booking, which is the biggest drawback; otherwise everything was fine.
