It was close to TMC, SM, and the bypass road, and it was quiet. The lack of slippers and the limited parking spots were the downsides.

I stayed in a very quiet spot, the room was clean and fairly roomy, and the shower had hot water. The bed was comfortable. There's a café a short walk away that opens at 2 pm and closes at 11 pm, and a cheap gym is just a 10‑minute walk. The only downside was that there were no hangers for clothes.

The place was clean, but there was no blow dryer and mosquitoes kept bothering us.
