“Great hotel for a stop over”

A quiet rural hotel with parking right in front. The staff were friendly and helpful, though I had to use Google Translate. Beer was cheap. The patio/balcony was great for sitting outside. The swimming pool was closed, but that wasn’t mentioned when booking. There’s absolutely nothing to do here except walk up the hill to see the rock. The restaurant opens at 9 pm. We arrived at 2 pm and waited on the balcony for seven hours for the restaurant to open. The restaurant was full of flies; they need a fly catcher.

Marcos and the whole team made our two days unforgettable. The facilities were super clean, the room was very comfortable with air‑conditioning and a terrace where we could enjoy the town’s tranquility. The breakfast buffet had coffee, juices, sweets, cured meats, toast, fruit, etc., all of high quality. A highlight was the dinner service on the pool terrace – the grilled octopus was amazing, and the beef chop was spectacular. It’s a place where you truly feel at home. Everything was perfect.

The room and the daily menu at the restaurant were great. I went to breakfast early and the automatic coffee machine had run out of water, but I still managed a decent breakfast with juices.
