The location was good and the staff were nice. The heater smelled like wet dog, the shower curtain smelled like cigarette smoke, and there was no ventilation so the room felt “wet” all the time. Every shower felt disgusting and the smell never went away. Water damage was present on the roof in the bathroom, room, and pool area. Remove all the gross carpet!

The staff were super friendly, respectful, and helpful, and the location was decent. However, my sink was clogged and the room stayed damp even with the AC running. I heard a random tap‑water sound in the middle of the night, but when I checked everything seemed fine and the noise stopped. The gym was basically a display piece and not functional. Every time I went downstairs for coffee it was out of stock; when I asked, they said it was brewing but it took too long and I was running late for work. Breakfast options were limited.
