The food was plentiful and tasty, and the room was clean. The hot spring was too hot; I wish it had been around 41 °C.

The continuously flowing sulfur spring was refreshingly austere, pets (dogs) stayed free of charge, the staff were helpful, and the food was high‑quality though the portions could have been a bit smaller; I have no other complaints.

The meals and baths were good and they took care of the dog, yet the Japanese‑style room I booked only had a single mattress on the futon, which was uncomfortable and kept me from sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional service from the staff and delicious meals available. However, my experience was slightly marred by the absence of an elevator, which made navigating the property a bit more challenging. Despite this, the hotel's warm hospitality and tasty food made up for the inconvenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and great dining options.
