Very nice resort. Very helpful staff, especially the lady at the reception. Kitchen staff was very nice and they prepared food as per our taste. The room was very comfortable. Must visit place. It's little inside from the main gate; you have to drive 15 to 20 minutes to reach the main location.

The guards were kind, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. We arrived late because of unforeseen delays and met a very unaccommodating staff member named Lillian. Even though I explained that my husband urgently needed to eat before taking his medication, she was rigid and refused to offer a quick meal, saying the kitchen had closed at 9 pm. That was disheartening, especially since staff were still on site. We slept hungry in a freezing room and my husband had to skip his medication. The bathroom water smelled foul and the sink water was muddy. Breakfast was extremely basic and uninspiring. Overall, the service was lacking and it was clear the staff had insufficient hospitality training. Wi‑Fi was only available in the restaurant and at reception, not in the rooms, and there was no mobile network coverage, making communication nearly impossible.

The structure is immersed in nature, and the room is nice and welcoming. The pension’s overall quality is poor compared to the standard of the room and the beauty of the lodge.

We were truly out in the bush, with beautiful gardens and surroundings. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, and the food was lovely and varied. The only criticism is that the water pressure was low, so the shower had a poor output, but we’re out in the wilds, so you have to expect this.
