The location is good, staff are friendly, and breakfast is great, but the room was very disappointing: it’s large but lacks any comfort—just one double bed with a single outlet next to it, a mini fridge, and a tiny fixed counter between built‑in wardrobes; no chair, nightstand, or support furniture, so we had to use two balcony chairs as makeshift nightstands; the light switch near the bed is far away; the bathroom is awful, with a tiny old acrylic shower, a cracked toilet seat that hurts when you sit, no hot water in the sink tap, and, contrary to the listing, there was no Wi‑Fi in the room.

The place is beautiful and cozy, and the breakfast offers many varieties; however, we stayed from Saturday to Monday without internet, cable TV, or a phone, and we weren’t warned at check‑in—only when I asked the reception because I couldn’t connect.

The rooms were clean, the staff were very polite, and breakfast was excellent; we also loved the view from the apartment because it faces the reservoir—everything was gorgeous.
