Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
We chose the place for a family trip. The location was excellent – the area is truly beautiful and quiet. Communication worked very well beforehand, and everything was ready as agreed when we arrived. Check‑in was hassle‑free and everyone was very friendly. The rooms are a pleasant size and very clean. We then went to the Rax cable car and the water‑pipeline hiking trail with the shuttle bus. We would definitely come back.

Měli jsme být ubytováni v penzionu Kaiserhof a klíče si vyzvednout v Raxalpenhof-Zuhause, ale tam nám řekli, že budeme ubytovaní u nich i se snídaní. Ubytování bylo krásné, byl tam i wellness, ale s tím jsme nepočítali a neměli s sebou plavky. Pokoje byly čisté, pohodlné postele, výborné snídaně, krásné okolí. Parkování hned u hotelu. Mají tam i restauraci, takže se dá domluvit i večeře. Nemáme co vytknout

Nic zásadního nelze vytknout. Personál milý. Check-in ale velmi zmatený. Na hlavním vchodu šipka, že recepce ze dvora, na recepci ale liduprázdno, telefon nikdo dlouho nebere, pak se vyjasní, že recepce je na hotelu 150 metrů (Kaiserhof je dependence). Nic proti, stačilo by upozornění. Rohový pokoj, z obou stran průjezdná ulice. V této cenové kategorii bych na pokoji čekal aspoň pidiledničku a odtékající vanu.
