Getting to the hotel from Kanda Station was convenient, but the walls and other surfaces in the room were generally dirty and left a damp, musty smell.

The location was just 5 minutes from Kanda Station, the cleanliness was consistent, towels were changed daily, and everyone on staff was friendly, yet the rooms were very small, the double bed could only be accessed from one side so the person sleeping by the window had to rely on the other to enter and exit, the toilet was tiny and the bathtub was very high, making access difficult for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
