Susie was absolutely excellent, incredibly kind, and really helpful throughout my solo weekend stay for a wedding at Upwey Wishing Well; the facilities were good, there was plenty of parking, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful, giving a peaceful, hassle‑free base that was exactly what I needed, though the room itself is admittedly a bit of an odd shape with some low and sloping angles, so I accidentally bumped my head a couple of times during the weekend – try not to be as clumsy as me and you'll be fine!
