“Lovely traditional guesthouse”

A charming traditional guesthouse in a great spot in Sukhothai, within walking distance of the historical park and the excellent night market, with free bikes and a really good restaurant across the street. The building is old and wooden, with cool details and antiques on display, a few dusty spots but the important things were clean. The owner was the best, super sweet, let us check in very early after a rough overnight journey, and he fed us mango sticky rice. I would definitely stay again. The road can be loud, but we used earplugs and it was fine.

“Great location”

The location was very good, close to the temples, the market and the bus for onward travel. We liked the front veranda for sitting out and eating (and the back one for drying laundry). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free bikes. The bed was a little hard, but that was not a major issue.

The hotel is within walking distance of a park and close to a convenience store and market, but the rooms don’t keep sound down, so it’s not quiet enough if you’re after silence.

“Senza infamia e senza lode”

Solo il proprietario meriterebbe 10 per la sua gentilezza. La posizione tra l'altro è centralissima. Il bagno è a dir poco piccolo con il doccino sopra il wc. Il letto era durissimo e la camera era non solo pulita in modo superficiale ma anche assolutamente mal insonorizzata. Ripeto, il proprietario è una persona squisita e ci ha fatto usare le bici ma potrei aver scelto la struttura per le bici incluse nel prezzo e onestamente avrei preferito sapere che le bici sono vecchie (e arrugginite) per poter magari scegliere un'altra struttura e noleggiare a pagamento le bici
