The site is beautiful among the olive trees, with sheep and donkeys wandering around. The cottage is well furnished with a luxury kitchen, bed, TV, and a gorgeous shared pool with the neighboring cottage. It’s a ten‑minute drive to the lovely Roman town of Évora.

Dina and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! It was wonderful to get a quick tour of the place and meet the animals before settling into our apartment for the evening. The space was perfect, a great escape in the middle of Portugal. The facilities were impressive (pool! great shower with super hot water!). It was sad we only stayed for a night during a road trip, but we’d love to come back one day for a week! Don’t hesitate to book this accommodation! :)

The space was well maintained, quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly. The location near the town is convenient if we want to explore. The pool works well for both houses. The animals, donkeys, and dogs are very friendly. However, they could occasionally give more information to guests upon arrival about the hill. A coffee machine in the houses would be nice. The living room window has a wire brake that prevents the blinds from fully lowering like in the bedroom. The soundproofing between houses is lacking – we know some people don’t care. It’s quiet at 24h, but in the morning those on vacation shouldn’t have to wake at 7:30 or 8:00. We had to empty the trash ourselves and keep everything tidy, which almost feels like we have to do maintenance. The trash is stored in a drawer instead of an external bin, which is not hygienic. Aside from these points, it was a great stay and I recommend it. 👌

This isn’t our first stay on the hill. This time we chose a recently built house next to the main house. The staff were friendly, the location was very quiet, and the breakfast quality was excellent. Honestly, I have nothing to point out.
