“Took my money and turn away the boyfriend whom I paid for the room for”

The staff turn away my boyfriend which I pay the room for. The hotel kept my money and my bf ended up sleeping in his car. Staff was rude and turn away my boyfriend after I paid for his room. They never refunded my money

Nothing really. Bed was horrible. Food in lobby but no utensils given when buying anything. Ac worked in and off. Never again will I go back here. $400 when I could’ve stayed at Boston harbor for that price

“Stayed because it was the hotel blocked for a wedding. Wouldn't pay the prices otherwise.”

I was staying for a wedding in Newburyport, so the spot was spot‑on. The free breakfast buffet had a decent spread and plenty of seating. However, after dropping our bags and rushing to the rehearsal dinner, we discovered the hotel door lock was broken and had to leave the room unlocked; the front desk promised to fix it but a text later said it couldn’t be repaired. We had to repack and change rooms after 10 pm when we returned. The bathroom’s barn door offered no privacy, and overall the place felt way overpriced for what it delivered; I wouldn’t pay more than $400 a night for this hotel.
