From the moment we walked in, Pete made us feel like family—warm welcome, quick drinks, and a room that was cozy, well-equipped, and even had a bottle of fine wine and chocolates. The house and gardens were stunning, full of quirky antiques and rustic charm that felt more lived-in than staged. Pete’s generosity and personal touch were the highlight; honestly, nothing could have been better.

The period home in Scottsdale was gorgeous, with quiet gardens and sweeping views. Pete gave us spot‑on recommendations that turned out to be better than we expected, and the breakfast was generous and tasty. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely return.
