The building’s location is fine, close to many attractions and restaurants, but the room isn’t soundproof and there are small cockroaches in the bathroom. The jacuzzi/hot tub isn’t available in all rooms and costs extra. The place feels more like a motel than a hotel because they don’t offer services like ice or other standard amenities. I heard construction work nearby, though it’s unclear if it’s inside the building or on the street. They also require a 500 PHP deposit even if you’ve already booked.
