We were staying on the way back from Croatia, and this place felt like a tiny motel on the road with a restaurant and a grocery shop on the ground floor (closed on Sundays). The kitchen is open to everyone, with a coffee machine that comes with capsules, dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. Check‑in is self‑service; the key is in a PIN‑locked box, which is a big plus because you can check in at any time. The air‑conditioning works, the Wi‑Fi is decent, and the building is clean – the housekeeping team was definitely out in the mornings, tidying rooms and common areas. My room was generally clean, smelled fresh, had clean linens and towels, and a hair dryer. Overall, I rate the place fairly well. The only downside was a strange sewage smell that started as soon as we entered the building and lingered on the stairs and in the room; it might be a malfunction, but the owner should investigate because it really affects the overall impression. Also, in our three‑person room, the single double bed was very comfortable, but the single sofa bed was more like a mattress on a frame – hard and you can feel the frame under your back. It seemed like it would be suitable for a small child, but my kid was not happy. The sofa was so uncomfortable that the other double bed turned into a makeshift single bed for that one night. If it weren’t for the sofa and the smell, I would have given a higher rating.
