“One of the best I’ve ever stayed at”
Quiet & spacious Excellent breakfast
“Lovely quiet location, perfect for cycling and walking.”
The rural setting was quiet, the house itself was great, and the owners were welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and local pubs were within driving distance. The room was large with a separate lounge that had a television. Nothing negative.

The location was beautiful and the place itself lovely; the owners were the most welcoming I have ever met, so I would definitely recommend it. I liked everything.

The space upstairs and downstairs was generous, and the neutral decor was pleasant. Jane was absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly, and the breakfast the next morning was fantastic with no hassle at all. I was sick, so I stayed in bed and we left later than any other place would have allowed. Nothing negative.

It was a gorgeous place set in a peaceful environment. Jane and Peter were the best hosts ever, very friendly, and nothing was a hassle. The bedroom was huge, had brewing facilities, a small fridge with cold drinks, water, and milk, plus a snack basket and two delicious cakes when we returned after a night out. The large bathroom had everything you need, no need to bring anything, which was fabulous. We had our own sitting room downstairs where we enjoyed a massive, delicious breakfast made from fresh local produce. The property is only a few minutes from the village and about 15 to 20 minutes from Beverley, perfect for peaceful walks or scenic bike rides. We were attending a wedding at Oaklands; for a small fee Peter picked us up, which was a huge help. Everything was perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. I would stay again without hesitation.
