“If you need peace and quiet and love animals, this is the place to stay”

A gorgeous spot on a quiet lane surrounded by horses, cows, goats and rabbits—so calm and excellent value for the price. Nothing to complain about.

“Beautiful!”

We had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely beautiful, with such a lovely and peaceful setting. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully presented. The accommodation was comfortable, cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with our 2 pooches! We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely love to return!

“Idyllic location!”

A sleek hut with all the conveniences right on the farm; everything was great. The host was extremely communicative, and the pub in Appleby, about a 20‑minute bike ride away, was just perfect.

“Beautiful Little Gem!”

The hut was immaculate, cozy, and lovely. Carole, the owner, was wonderful and handed us fresh scones with jam and butter. We were surrounded by animals and truly enjoyed the farm’s peace. Carole even came to greet us and make sure everything was fine. We’ll definitely return! 🩵
